subconsciousgazes: Last year, while taking a seminar in positive psychology (which has served as a real inspiration for this blog), I became obsessed with something known as ”Contemplative Practices.” I had never heard of this idea before, but wanted to learn more about it and what it consists of.  Learning how contemplative practices function in others’ lives and how I can make them a part of my life has changed the way I view myself and my opportunity to be still and contemplate the world around me.
