I’m always afraid that a cop is going to pull me over when I’m riding through downtown at 25 where the speed limit is 20

I would:
a.) Not pay it.
b.) Hang it on a wall or put it in your spokes.
That is the coolest thought; that you can get pulled over and ticketed for riding your bicycle too fast.
